The Spay-Neuter Plate


Sales of the Spay/Neuter License Plate provide funds for statewide spay/neuter programs. The Board has established a spay/neuter program for the distribution of grant funds to governmental agencies (county, city, urban-county) and non-profit organizations for dispersal of funds for spay/neuter. The Spay/Neuter programs went into effect July 1, 2005.
